Botox
Stay upright for at least 4 hours after treatment (try not to lie down or bend forward).
Avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging the treated areas for 24 hours.
Skip strenuous exercise for 24 hours to prevent product migration.
Avoid makeup application on treated areas for 24 hours to reduce risk of infection.
No facials, chemical peels, or laser treatments for 7 days.
Stay out of extreme heat (e.g. saunas, hot tubs, tanning beds) for 24-48 hours.
Avoid alcohol and blood-thinning medications (if possible) for 24 hours to reduce bruising.
Bruising or swelling may occur and should resolve within a few days.
Full results appear in 14 days; a follow up can be scheduled for touch ups if needed.
Hyaluronic Acid Lip Filler
Avoid touching or massaging the treated area for at least 24 hours.
No makeup on or around the lips for 24 hours to reduce infection risk.
Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and salty foods for 24 hours to minimize swelling and bruising.
Stay hydrated with plenty of water.
Use a cold compress (not ice directly on the skin) to reduce swelling if needed.
Sleep with your head elevated the first night to reduce swelling.
Avoid kissing or applying to the lips for 24-48 hours.
No strenuous exercise for 24-48 hours.
Avoid extreme heat (saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs) for 48 hours.
Bruising and swelling are normal and usually resolve within 3-7 days.
Initial lumps and bumps are normal and a part of the process. It is normal for lips to feel full & tight.
Final results appear once swelling subsides - typically within 1-2 weeks.
Contact your provider if you experience unusual pain, prolonged swelling, or signs of infection.
Microneedling
Avoid sun, makeup, exercise, and heat exposure for at least 24 hours.
Cleanse your skin gently using a mild, fragrance-free cleanser; avoid hot water.
Keep skin moisturized with a gentle, hydrating product; avoid active ingredients for 5-7 days.
Do not exfoliate or use scrubs, retinol, acids, or vitamin C serums until fully healed.
Redness, tightness, and mild flaking may occur and should resolve within a few days.
Once redness subsides, begin daily use of SPF 30+ to protect healing skin.
Call your provider if: you notice signs of infection, such as worsening redness, increased tenderness, fever, or a rash that spreads.
PRF/PRP
Do not touch, wash, or apply any products to the treated area for at least 6 hours.
Avoid makeup, exercise, saunas, and direct sun exposure for the first 24 hours.
After 6 hours, cleanse gently with a mild cleanser and moisturize as recommended.
Avoid retinol, exfoliants, AHAs, BHAs, and vitamin C for 3-5 days.
Mild swelling, redness, or bruising is common and temporary.
Drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol for optimal healing and results.
Call your provider if: you experience severe swelling, excessive pain, fever, or signs of infection around the injection site.
CO2/Ablative Laser
Avoid direct sun exposure for at least 7-10 days; wear a broad-spectrum SPF 50+ daily.
Do not pick, rub, or scratch the treated area - let any flaking and peeling happen naturally.
Cleanse gently with a mild, non-active cleanser twice daily. Use lukewarm water.
Apply a healing ointment or moisturizer as recommended to keep skin hydrated. Drink plenty of water.
Avoid active ingredients (retinoids, acids, exfoliants, scrubs) for at least 1 week.
Skip makeup for the first 24 hours.
Stay out of saunas, steam rooms, and hot tubs for at least 48 hours.
Avoid exercise and sweating for at least 24 hours post-treatment.
Expect redness, dryness, flaking, and swelling for a few days - this is part of the healing process.
Sleep with your head slightly elevated the first night to minimize swelling.
Chemical Peel
Your skin may feel warm, tight, or slightly sensitive.
Redness is normal and may last from a few hours to several days, depending on the depth of your peel.
Mild flaking or peeling typically begins 2–4 days after treatment. Not everyone experiences visible peeling.
Use a gentle moisturizer as often as needed to keep your skin comfortable. Dryness and tightness are expected.
Wash your face in the morning and evening with a gentle, fragrance-free cleanser and lukewarm water. Pat dry, do not rub.
Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ or higher every morning, even if it's cloudy. Reapply every 2 hours when outdoors.
Avoid picking, peeling, or rubbing flaking skin.
Avoid retinoids, exfoliating acids (AHAs, BHAs, PHAs, acne medications, scrubs, waxing, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, heavy exercise, excessive sweating, and direct sun exposure until your skin has healed.
Contact your provider if you experience severe or worsening pain, significant swelling, blistering, signs of infection, or any reaction that concerns you.
Lashes & Brows
Keep the treated area completely dry.
Avoid steam, saunas, hot tubs, swimming, and excessive sweating.
Do not rub, pull, or sleep directly on your lashes or brows.
Avoid mascara, eye makeup, and skincare products on the treated area for at least 24 hours.
Avoid oil-based cleansers and makeup removers.
Gently brush your lashes and brows daily with a clean spoolie to keep them neat and in place.
Use a nourishing lash or brow conditioner if recommended by your provider.
Cleanse the area gently, avoid excessive rubbing or scrubbing.
Lash lifts and brow laminations typically last 6–8 weeks.
Brow and lash tints gradually fade over 3–6 weeks, depending on your skincare routine and sun exposure.
Results last longest when the treated area is kept conditioned and protected from excessive moisture and oils.
